针对SMS-1500型秸秆粉碎还田与残膜回收联合作业机收膜时出现的地膜漏收与破损等问题,增设起膜部件,重置输膜齿排布,改进链齿耙钉齿结构。通过对起膜与输膜过程的分析,建立相应的动力学模型,应用MATLAB软件生成机具作业关键点运动轨迹,通过分析轨迹与收膜作业间的相互关系,确定了机具相关关键作业参数。田间试验表明,改进后的样机收膜率显著提高。

For the problem that film was not well picked up and badly damaged appeared in field experiment of SMS -1500 Type Plastic Film Collecting Machine ,the new prototype was added up-film parts and improved the arrangement and structure of nail tooth.The paper set up dynamical model about picking and transporting film by analyzing working process and produced the key point motion track by MATLAB software .Some key parameters could be confirmed through analysis on the realationship between track and working performance .The field experiment showed that the rate of film-collecting was significantly enhanced .
