以农用水草收割船推进器明轮的璞板为研究对象,运用有限元分析软件 ANSYS 建立了三维模型,并利用该软件对流体和固体构成的流固耦合场分别建立了固体与流体的物理环境文件,进行流固耦合分析,得到璞板的变形和应力分布图,结果云图显示了璞板的薄弱位置。根据结果云图,分析了变形和应力的分布规律及产生原因,提出了璞板优化设计的一系列措施,为改进明轮璞板的设计提供了可靠的依据。
以農用水草收割船推進器明輪的璞闆為研究對象,運用有限元分析軟件 ANSYS 建立瞭三維模型,併利用該軟件對流體和固體構成的流固耦閤場分彆建立瞭固體與流體的物理環境文件,進行流固耦閤分析,得到璞闆的變形和應力分佈圖,結果雲圖顯示瞭璞闆的薄弱位置。根據結果雲圖,分析瞭變形和應力的分佈規律及產生原因,提齣瞭璞闆優化設計的一繫列措施,為改進明輪璞闆的設計提供瞭可靠的依據。
이농용수초수할선추진기명륜적박판위연구대상,운용유한원분석연건 ANSYS 건립료삼유모형,병이용해연건대류체화고체구성적류고우합장분별건립료고체여류체적물리배경문건,진행류고우합분석,득도박판적변형화응력분포도,결과운도현시료박판적박약위치。근거결과운도,분석료변형화응력적분포규률급산생원인,제출료박판우화설계적일계렬조시,위개진명륜박판적설계제공료가고적의거。
The uncut sheet of paddle wheel propeller of Aquatic Harvesting Boat was taken as a research subject , a three dimensional model was created by using finite element software ANSYS , physics environment files of the solid and fluid were respectively established for the fluid-structure interaction field in form of fluids and solids by ANSYS software , and fluid-structure coupling analysis was carried , obtained the scatter diagram of the distortion and the stress of the uncut sheet, the nephogram demonstrated the weak positions of the uncut sheet .According to the nephogram, analyzed the dis-tribution rules of distortion and stress and the reasons why it happened , proposed a series of measures for optimum design of the uncut sheet, provided the reliable basis for improving the design of the uncut sheet of the paddle wheel .
