通过采用季戊四醇与三氯氧磷发生反应,合成了双环笼状磷酸酯1-氧基磷杂-4-羟甲基-2,6,7-三氧杂双环[2.2.2]辛烷(PEPA)。将合成的膨胀型阻燃剂PEPA均匀地掺杂在PE中,形成了阻燃PE体系。然后以垂直燃烧法作为考查阻燃性能的主要手段,研究了PEPA的含量对阻燃性能的影响,并结合热重分析研究了膨胀型阻燃剂/PE体系的热降解过程。实验表明,随着PEPA的含量增加,阻燃性能得到提高。

The caged bicyclic phosphate1-oxo-4-hydroxymethyl-2,6,7-trioxa-1-phospha-bicyclo[2.2.2]octane (PEPA) is synthesized by making the pentaerythritol react with phosphorus oxychloride. When the intumescent flame retardant is added in PE uniformly, the flame retarding PE system is formed. Then, the flame retarding efficiency of materials is estimated with the vertical combustion method to study the effect of PEPA content on the flame retardance. The thermal degradation process of the flame retarding PE is researched by TG. The result shows that the flame retardance of PE will be improved with the increase of PEPA content.
