This paper presents a design for packaging control unit of full automatic fertilizer packaging stacker .The de-sign uses some excellent control technology and components , such as PLC technology, inverter technology, a variety of detection components and touch man-machine interface, etc.It meets the control requirement of transmission and detec-tion control unit of full automatic packager .The article discusses the main features , working principle and the control processes of the system in detail .The system has good performance in the installation and commission , and its failure rate is low.The system fully meets the requirements of packaging control unit for automatic fertilizer packaging stacker .
