　　高层建筑外围护火灾事故的发生，为防火和灭火领域提出了新的课题。外墙保温材料的选用对高层建筑外墙火灾事故的发生起着决定性的作用。目前，无机保温材料和有机保温材料的使用还未普及，预防高层建筑外墙保温材料火灾事故要从外墙保温材料的选材、有效的防范措施技术手段、设计单位的依法设计、施工单位的严格施工及监理单位的严格把关和行政单位的依法监督环节做起，排除风险点，消除隐患，确保安全。
