首先,介绍了采用机器视觉的精播排种器性能检测方法;然后,在对获取样本图像进行处理的基础上,完成帧种子数的识别,利用采样频率和排种频率之间的关系,构造了帧种子数、帧型孔数和型孔种子数频数统计模型,计算出排种器性能指标。试验表明,此方法检测误差小,速度快,精度高。
首先,介紹瞭採用機器視覺的精播排種器性能檢測方法;然後,在對穫取樣本圖像進行處理的基礎上,完成幀種子數的識彆,利用採樣頻率和排種頻率之間的關繫,構造瞭幀種子數、幀型孔數和型孔種子數頻數統計模型,計算齣排種器性能指標。試驗錶明,此方法檢測誤差小,速度快,精度高。

In this paper, the machine vision method was adopted to detect the performance of precision seedmeter . Through a series of treatments, the number of frame seed were recognized .The statisticl model was deduced based on the relationship of the sampling and seeding frequence , including the characteristic quantities of the the number of frame seed, the number of frame cell, and the frequence of cell seed .Finally, the performance of the seedmeter was counted . The result of experiment showed that the method precision and velocity are satisfying .
