研制了一台与窄平密栽培模式相配套的大型气吸式精密播种机,并对其进行了田间试验,介绍了播种机的结构、特性及其技术参数。从大豆种子的株距、播深和施肥状况3个方面对该播种机的工作性能进行评价,结果表明:理论株距8cm 时,株距合格指数76.7%,重播指数9.5%,漏播指数13.8%,变异系数23.6,播种深度合格率85.19%;理论株距6cm时,株距合格指数77.4%,重播指数8.3%,漏播指数14.3%,变异系数21.6,播种深度合格率85.13%。以上指标均达到了《中耕作物精密播种机产品质量分级》中一等品的标准,同时侧深施肥也满足农艺上的要求。

An high-speed vacuum precision planter matched with soybean narrow-row-flat-dense seeding technique was developed,and then the experiments were conducted to test performance .The structure,property and technical indexes were introduced.It is test performance according to soybean inter-plant spacing, seeding depth and fertilizing location . The results showed : the acceptability rate is 76.7%, multiples rate is 9.5%, miss rate is 13.75%, spacing variance coefficient is 23.6 and seeding depth acceptability is 85.19% when planting distance is 8cm; the acceptability rate is 77.4%, multiples rate is 8.29%, miss rate is 14.27%, spacing variance coefficient is 21.6and seeding depth accepta-bility is 85.13% when planting distance is 6cm.It is meeting the requirement on one class product according to the standard of “Quality Classification of Precision Seeder for inter cultivation Crop”.Meanwhile, fertilizing location also sat-isfies agriculture requirement.
