虚拟制造技术在国内农机行业已进行了各层面的研究应用,但是由于免耕播种机的工作环境复杂多变,目前结合虚拟制造技术进行研究仍处于初步研究阶段。根据大垄多行作物耕作技术特点,提出了避开玉米根茬播种的思路,对避茬的可行性进行了深入分析,利用 Autodesk Inventor 软件建立玉米根茬地小麦垄作免耕播种机虚拟样机模型。研制的垄作免耕播种机主要由修垄装置、机架、开沟器、地轮、种肥箱及传动系统、组合镇压器等组成,能够在玉米根茬地一次性完成施肥、播种、修垄和镇压等作业。

Virtual manufacturing technology has been used extensively in the fields of agriculture machines .However, it is still in the primary step in developing no-till seeder because of the complicated environment .According to the technol-ogy characteristic of several rows in one big ridge , the method of avoiding maize stubble was put forward when planting wheat.The possibility of avoiding stubble was analyzed thoroughly , then the virtual assembly model of a ridge-till and no-till seeder was constructed with Autodesk Inventor .It included reshaping device, frame, opener, wheel, seed-fertilizer box, transmitting system and combined press , which can finish fertilizing, planting, reshaping and pressing .
