采用焊接冷裂纹插销试验方法,研究了20MnMo钢的焊接冷裂纹的敏感性。研究结果表明:采用E6015-D1焊条,在热输入E=15KJ/cm的情况下,该钢的室温临界应力σcr=180MPa;当预热150℃,σcr=300MPa。预热可以明显改善20MnMo钢的焊接性。
採用銲接冷裂紋插銷試驗方法,研究瞭20MnMo鋼的銲接冷裂紋的敏感性。研究結果錶明:採用E6015-D1銲條,在熱輸入E=15KJ/cm的情況下,該鋼的室溫臨界應力σcr=180MPa;噹預熱150℃,σcr=300MPa。預熱可以明顯改善20MnMo鋼的銲接性。

The implant test of welding cold cracking was adopted in this paper to study the sensibility of welding cold cracking about steel 20MnMo.The testing results presented that if electrode is E6015-D1 and heat input is 15KJ/cm,the critical stress (σcr) of steel 20MnMo is 180MPa at room-temperature.If the preheat temperature is 150℃, σcr is 300MPa. That is to say, the preheat technology can obviously improve the weldability of steel 20MnMo. This study has important theoretical and practical meaning in assessing the weldability of steel 20MnMo.
