　　基于三维点云的重建是植物形态建模的重要方法之一。但由于植物形态具有的多样性和复杂性，通过三维激光扫描仪直接获取的点云数据或通过立体视觉技术从图像序列恢复的植物三维网格模型中，往往存在缺失数据并产生各种各样的孔洞等问题。为此，系统介绍了当前的孔洞修补的主要方法，剖析了其优缺点，并对相关算法在植物三维点云孔洞修补上的适用性及其中存在的问题进行了分析和总结。

Based on 3D point cloud reconstruction is an important method of plant form modeling .But because plants form has the variety and complexity, through 3D laser scanner direct access to the point cloud data or through the stereo vision technology the recovery of the 3D mesh plant model from image sequences ,often exist in the missing data and pro-duce all kinds of holes.This paper introduces the main method of repair of the holes , analyses its advantages and disad-vantages, and the relevant algorithm in plant 3D point cloud holes on the applicability and the problems in the repair plant 3D point cloud holes are analyzed and summarized .
