利用斜面式农业物料摩擦因数自动测量试验台,测定了不同斜面倾角、品种和取样方向的龙眼果壳—橡胶板、果壳—尼龙板之间的摩擦因数以及果肉的摩擦因数。结果表明,龙眼果壳—橡胶板的静摩擦因数为0.828~0.902,滑动摩擦因数为0.660~0.757;果壳—尼龙板之间的滑动摩擦因数为0.608~0.658;果肉的静摩擦因数为0.113~0.185。因此,利用龙眼果肉、果壳与橡胶板之间的摩擦因数不同,可以实现果肉、果壳的分离。
利用斜麵式農業物料摩抆因數自動測量試驗檯,測定瞭不同斜麵傾角、品種和取樣方嚮的龍眼果殼—橡膠闆、果殼—尼龍闆之間的摩抆因數以及果肉的摩抆因數。結果錶明,龍眼果殼—橡膠闆的靜摩抆因數為0.828~0.902,滑動摩抆因數為0.660~0.757;果殼—尼龍闆之間的滑動摩抆因數為0.608~0.658;果肉的靜摩抆因數為0.113~0.185。因此,利用龍眼果肉、果殼與橡膠闆之間的摩抆因數不同,可以實現果肉、果殼的分離。
이용사면식농업물료마찰인수자동측량시험태,측정료불동사면경각、품충화취양방향적용안과각—상효판、과각—니룡판지간적마찰인수이급과육적마찰인수。결과표명,용안과각—상효판적정마찰인수위0.828~0.902,활동마찰인수위0.660~0.757;과각—니룡판지간적활동마찰인수위0.608~0.658;과육적정마찰인수위0.113~0.185。인차,이용용안과육、과각여상효판지간적마찰인수불동,가이실현과육、과각적분리。
Based on the automatic agricultural materials friction coefficient measuring device ,the friction coefficient be-tween the Longan shell and rubber plate , shell and nylon plat were measured for different varieties ,sampling directions and slope angle.The result showed that the static friction coefficient between Longan shell and rubber plate was 0.828-0.902,the sliding friction coefficient between Longan shell and rubber plate was 0.660-0.757, the sliding friction coef-ficient between shell and nylon plate was 0.608-0.658.The static friction coefficient between Longan pulp and rubber and nylon plate was about 0.113-0.185.So we can separate longan pulp with shell with the different friction coefficient shell and pulp.
