为了探究小型无人直升机喷雾系统的雾滴沉积效果与小型无人直升机飞行高度的关系,进行了喷雾试验。用示踪剂含量为60%的胭脂红与水混合成浓度5g/L的溶液代替农药,改变飞机的飞行高度进行喷雾试验。采样点设置在离地面(0.8±0.01) m高度,通过在直径为9mm的采样皿中预先放置10mL 蒸馏水进行采样,各采样皿之间间距为5m。采用UNICO-UV2102型紫外分光光度计测量各采样皿中沉积雾滴的浓度。结果表明,当飞行相对高度为1m时的喷洒质量较高度为2,3m 时的均匀性好,此时雾滴的漂移率较小。

In order to explore the relationship between height of small unmanned helicopter flight and the effect of spray droplet deposition,spray test was done.The tracer content of 60 %carmine mixed with water into a solution of 5g/L con-centration instead of a pesticide , change the aircraft flight altitude to have spray test .Sampling points set from the ground ( 0.8 ±0.01 ) m, pre-placed 10mmL distilled water sampling in the 9mm diameter dish, the distance between each sample dish is 5m.UNICO -UV2102 UV spectrophotometer was used to measure the concentration of deposited droplet in each sample dish.The results show that the flight relative height is 1m, spray quality and uniformity better than 2m, 3m, then the drift rate of the droplet smaller.
