为了实现加工番茄收获的机械化,降低工人的劳动强度,设计了一种振动式加工番茄果秧分离装置,选取里格尔87-5加工番茄品种进行果秧分离性能单因素试验。结果表明,随凸轮盘转速增大,果秧分离率先增大后略有减小并趋于平缓,果实破损率总体呈增大趋势,含杂率呈近似线性增大;随拨杆摆振振幅增大,果秧分离率先增大后趋于平缓,果实破损率呈增大趋势,果实含杂率呈增大趋势。
為瞭實現加工番茄收穫的機械化,降低工人的勞動彊度,設計瞭一種振動式加工番茄果秧分離裝置,選取裏格爾87-5加工番茄品種進行果秧分離性能單因素試驗。結果錶明,隨凸輪盤轉速增大,果秧分離率先增大後略有減小併趨于平緩,果實破損率總體呈增大趨勢,含雜率呈近似線性增大;隨撥桿襬振振幅增大,果秧分離率先增大後趨于平緩,果實破損率呈增大趨勢,果實含雜率呈增大趨勢。
위료실현가공번가수획적궤계화,강저공인적노동강도,설계료일충진동식가공번가과앙분리장치,선취리격이87-5가공번가품충진행과앙분리성능단인소시험。결과표명,수철륜반전속증대,과앙분리솔선증대후략유감소병추우평완,과실파손솔총체정증대추세,함잡솔정근사선성증대;수발간파진진폭증대,과앙분리솔선증대후추우평완,과실파손솔정증대추세,과실함잡솔정증대추세。
To realize the mechanization of the processing tomato harvest and reduce the workers'labor intensity, a vibra-tion-type separation device for the processing tomato was designed .The whole structure and working mechanism of the machine were introduced.Ligeer 87-5 processing tomato were selected for separating performance test .Single factor test results showed that with the increase of cam plate rotation speed ,tomato separation rate began to increase and then slightly decreased ,tomato damage rate increased ,tomato impurity rate increased with a linear trend .With the increase of deflec-torrod oscillation amplitude ,tomato separation rate began to increase and then flattened , tomato damage rate and impurity rate increased.This research will provide inspecting basis for future research on multi factor comprehensive test and the device parameters optimization.
