针对国内小麦播种机的现状,设计了一种小麦免耕施肥播种机,与当今流行的保护性耕作紧密结合。覆盖地表的秸秆残茬有效地减少了地表水分蒸发,增强了土壤的蓄水功能,达到了抗旱保墒的作用,起到了节水的效果;同时,增强土壤有机质、提高土壤能力,在同样的施肥下更能促进植物的生长。该装置能够一次性完成破茬、开沟、播种、施肥、覆土和镇压等工序,从而减少了拖拉机的进地次数。其不仅提高了肥料的利用率而且避免了肥料的浪费,同时省去了播种前的1~2次的旋耕,为农民降低了生产成本。田间试验证明:整机结构设计合理,符合农民种植要求。

According to the present situation of the domestic wheat machine , we design a wheat no-till fertilization seed-er,and today's popular closely combining the protective cultivation .Ground cover of straw residues effectively reduce the surface moisture to evaporate,enhance the function of soil water storage , and played the role of conservation drought , and played the water saving effect;at the same time enhance soil organic matter , to improve soil ability,in the same fertiliza-tion under can promote the growth of plants .The device completion at break of crop,open ditch, fertilization, plant seeds, and turns the soil, process such as the crackdown , reducing the number of tractor into .Not only improve the utili-zation rate of fertilizers and avoid the waste of fertilizer , and tell the seeding of the 1-2 times before the spin, for farmers to reduce the cost of production.The field experiment proof the whole structure design is reasonable ,accord with farmers grow requirements.
