为了探究小型无人直升机喷雾系统的雾滴沉积效果与小型无人直升机飞行速度的关系,进行了喷雾试验。用示踪剂含量为60%的胭脂红与水混合成5 g/L浓度的溶液代替农药,保持相对飞行高度为1 m 不变,改变飞机的飞行速度进行喷雾试验;采样点设置在离地面(0.8±0.01)m 高度处,通过76mm×33mm(长×宽)采样纸卡进行采样,各采样纸卡之间间距为5m,采用显微拍摄系统进行图片采集,并采用图像处理软件进行处理。结果表明:在保持相对飞行高度为1m 时,综合考虑雾滴沉积特性和喷洒效率情况下,应该选择3m/s 作为喷洒农药的参考飞行速度。

In order to explore the relationship between height of small unmanned helicopter flight and the effect of spray droplet deposition ,spray test was done .The tracer content of 60%carmine mixed with water into a solution of 5g/L con-centration instead of a pesticide , remain relatively flying height of 1 m unchanged , change the aircraft flight speed to have spray test.Sampling points set from the ground ( 0.8 ±0.01 )m, by sampling in length ×width:76×33mm sample pa-per card, the distance between each card is 5m.The microscopic shooting system for image acquisition , and adoption of image processing software for processing .The results show that .: remained relatively flying height of 1m, considering droplet deposition characteristics and spray efficiency ,3m/s should be chosen as a reference spraying pesticides flight speed .
