Ziyin Dihuang pills%CNV%VEGF%PEDF%TF
目的:研究滋阴地黄丸对兔脉络膜组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF),色素上皮衍生因子(PEDF),组织因子(TF)表达的影响。方法:用激光光凝建立CNV动物模型,ig滋阴地黄丸9.75,39g?kg-1,连续ig 30d后取右眼球进行免疫组织化学染色测定脉络膜中VEGF、PEDF及TF的表达。结果:模型对照组兔眼脉络膜组织中VEGF,TF均呈强阳性表达,PEDF呈弱阳性表达,滋阴地黄丸低、高剂量组中VEGF,TF则呈弱阳性或阴性表达,PEDF则呈阳性或强阳性表达。滋阴地黄丸低、高剂量组中 VEGF 的表达均显著低于模型组,(P<0.01);滋阴地黄丸低、高剂量组 TF 的表达均显著低于模型组,(P<0.01);滋阴地黄丸低、高剂量组中 PEDF 的表达明显高于模型组(P<0.05,P<0.01),表明滋阴地黄丸显著地抑制了 VEGF,TF 的表达,诱导了PEDF的表达。结论:滋阴地黄丸通过抑制脉络膜中VEGF、TF的表达,诱导PEDF的表达从而抑制CNV的形成。

목적:연구자음지황환대토맥락막조직중혈관내피생장인자(VEGF),색소상피연생인자(PEDF),조직인자(TF)표체적영향。방법:용격광광응건립CNV동물모형,ig자음지황환9.75,39g?kg-1,련속ig 30d후취우안구진행면역조직화학염색측정맥락막중VEGF、PEDF급TF적표체。결과:모형대조조토안맥락막조직중VEGF,TF균정강양성표체,PEDF정약양성표체,자음지황환저、고제량조중VEGF,TF칙정약양성혹음성표체,PEDF칙정양성혹강양성표체。자음지황환저、고제량조중 VEGF 적표체균현저저우모형조,(P<0.01);자음지황환저、고제량조 TF 적표체균현저저우모형조,(P<0.01);자음지황환저、고제량조중 PEDF 적표체명현고우모형조(P<0.05,P<0.01),표명자음지황환현저지억제료 VEGF,TF 적표체,유도료PEDF적표체。결론:자음지황환통과억제맥락막중VEGF、TF적표체,유도PEDF적표체종이억제CNV적형성。
Objective:To study the effects of Ziyin Dihaung pills on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), pigment epitheliumderived factor (PEDF) and tissue factor (TF) in rabbit choroids tissue. Methods:Chorodial Neovascularization (CNV) model was induced by laser, administrated with 9.75 or 39g?kg-1 Ziyin Dihaung pills for 30 days and then rabbit eyeballs were performed immunohistochemical staining in determination of the expression of VEGF, TF and PEDF in choroid. Results:Comparing with the strongly positive expression of VEGF and TF and weak expression of PEDF in model group rabbit choroidal tissue, the expression of VEGF and TF were weakly positive, PEDF expression was positive or strongly positive in low, high dose Ziyin Dihaung pills treatment groups in low, high dose Ziyin Dihaung pills treatment groups. Ziyin Dihuang pills at 9.75g?kg-1 dose inhibited the expression of VEGF and TF significantly (P<0.05). Ziyin Dihuang pills at 39g?kg-1 dose inhibited the expression of VEGF and TF significantly (P<0.01) and induced the the expression of PEDF significantly (P<0.01). Conclusion:Ziyin Dihuang pills inhibited CNV by inhibiting the expression of VEGF and TF and inducing the expression of PEDF in rabbit choroids tissue.
