目的：探讨带旋股外动脉升支血管蒂髂骨瓣治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法：将我院2007年1月～2010年12月之间收录的32例青壮年股骨颈骨折患者采取带旋股外动脉升支血管蒂髂骨瓣进行治疗，观察治疗效果。结果：本组的32例患者均取得了较好的治疗效果，并通过术后1年的随访分析，2例出现骨折不愈合，其余的患者均已经愈合较好，而且临床治疗总有效率为93.8%。结论：临床中对于青壮年股骨颈骨折采取带旋股外动脉升支血管蒂髂骨瓣治疗具有较好的临床效果，有效的改善患者的临床症状，提高生活质量。
目的：探討帶鏇股外動脈升支血管蒂髂骨瓣治療青壯年股骨頸骨摺的臨床療效。方法：將我院2007年1月～2010年12月之間收錄的32例青壯年股骨頸骨摺患者採取帶鏇股外動脈升支血管蒂髂骨瓣進行治療，觀察治療效果。結果：本組的32例患者均取得瞭較好的治療效果，併通過術後1年的隨訪分析，2例齣現骨摺不愈閤，其餘的患者均已經愈閤較好，而且臨床治療總有效率為93.8%。結論：臨床中對于青壯年股骨頸骨摺採取帶鏇股外動脈升支血管蒂髂骨瓣治療具有較好的臨床效果，有效的改善患者的臨床癥狀，提高生活質量。
목적：탐토대선고외동맥승지혈관체가골판치료청장년고골경골절적림상료효。방법：장아원2007년1월～2010년12월지간수록적32례청장년고골경골절환자채취대선고외동맥승지혈관체가골판진행치료，관찰치료효과。결과：본조적32례환자균취득료교호적치료효과，병통과술후1년적수방분석，2례출현골절불유합，기여적환자균이경유합교호，이차림상치료총유효솔위93.8%。결론：림상중대우청장년고골경골절채취대선고외동맥승지혈관체가골판치료구유교호적림상효과，유효적개선환자적림상증상，제고생활질량。
Objective:To explore the ascending branch of lateral femoral circumflex artery vascular pedicled iliac bone flap for the treatment of femoral neck fractures. Methods: In our hospital from January 2007 to December 2010 included 32 cases of femoral neck fracture patients take with ascending branch of lateral femoral circumflex artery vascular pedicled iliac bone flap for treatment, curative effect. Results:In this group of 32 patients obtained good therapeutic effect, and by 1 years of postoperative follow-up analysis, 2 cases of nonunion of fracture, the rest of the patients were healed well, and clinical treatment of the excellent and good rate was 93.8%. Conclusion:Clinical for femoral neck fracture in young adults take with ascending branch of lateral femoral circumflex artery vascular pedicled iliac bone flap therapy has good clinical effect, effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients, improve the quality of life.
