　　目的：研究分析中医特色治疗四肢骨折患者的临床疗效。方法：选取我院收治的96例四肢骨折患者应用电脑随机号的方式分为试验组和对照组，每组均48例患者。试验组采用中医特色治疗如手法复位、内服和外敷中药等方法进行治疗。对照组采用西医治疗方法。对患者进行4个月的随访，观察记录两组骨折愈合的时间和四肢功能恢复情况，进行比较。结果：试验组患者骨折愈合的时间、骨折愈合情况和四肢功能恢复情况均明显好于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：中医特色治疗方法对四肢骨折患者具有较好疗效，能加速伤口消肿和帮助骨折愈合，且治疗后四肢功能恢复良好。

Objective: To investigate clinical effect on treating 48 cases of limb fracture characteristics in TCM. Methods: 96 patients with limb fractures selected in our hospital were randomly divided into test group and control group, 48 patients in each group. The test group was given TCM. The control group was treated with modern medicine treatment. 4-month follow-up, the patients were observed and recorded two sets of fracture healing and limb functional recovery to compare .Results: The time and the condition of the fracture healing and the limb function recovery in the test group were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:The TCM on treating limb fractures has a good effect, and it can accelerate wound swelling and fracture healing. After the treatment , limb function also has a good recovery.
