　　目的：观察穴位注射三阴交、太冲、足三里穴为主加温灸法治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法：随机选择治疗组36例患者，以复方当归注射液4ml注射单侧三阴交、太冲、足三里穴位，左右交替，得气后缓缓注入，同时配合温灸下腹部。随机选择对照组34例患者，给予芬必得胶囊口服，3个疗程后观察治疗效果。结果：治疗组：显效28例，有效7例，无效1例；对照组：显效26例，有效8例，无效0例。结论：通过穴位注射加温灸法治疗原发性痛经效果确切，可以减少或者不用消炎镇痛药而完全达到止痛目的。
　　목적：관찰혈위주사삼음교、태충、족삼리혈위주가온구법치료원발성통경적림상료효。방법：수궤선택치료조36례환자，이복방당귀주사액4ml주사단측삼음교、태충、족삼리혈위，좌우교체，득기후완완주입，동시배합온구하복부。수궤선택대조조34례환자，급여분필득효낭구복，3개료정후관찰치료효과。결과：치료조：현효28례，유효7례，무효1례；대조조：현효26례，유효8례，무효0례。결론：통과혈위주사가온구법치료원발성통경효과학절，가이감소혹자불용소염진통약이완전체도지통목적。
Objective:To observe the clinical treatment effect of point injection at Zusanli, Taichong, Sanyinjiao combined with warming moxibustion on primary dysmenorrhea. Methods:70 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 36 in the treated group and 34 in the control group. The treated group was given point injection at Sanyinjiao, Taichong, Zusanli combined with warming moxibustion at lower abdomen. The control group was given Fenbid capsules. The effect of treatment was observed after 3 courses. Results:There were excellent 28 cases, effective 7 cases, invalid 1 case in the treated group and excellent 26 cases, effective 8 cases, no invalid in the control group. Conclusion:Point injection plus warm moxibustion was significantly effective on treating primary dysmenorrhea, it could achieve the purpose of relieve pain without anti-inflammatory drugs.
