Ringing in the ears%EA%Vertebral-basilar artery blood flow velocity
目的:通过观察电针对耳鸣及椎基底动脉血流速度的影响进而分析后二者之间的关系。方法:对51例耳鸣患者给予颈部及患耳电针治疗20次,治疗前后分别进行耳鸣症状的量化评估并以超声多普勒(TCD)法检查椎基底动脉血流速度,分析耳鸣症状的变化与椎基底动脉血流速度变化之间的关系,从而探讨耳鸣的病因。结果:51例耳鸣患者椎基底动脉血流速度表现为各血管收缩期及舒张期峰值均降低,经电针治疗后耳鸣症状获得改善,其中,31例患者椎动脉及基底动脉收缩期血流速度峰值的提高具有显著的统计学意义,而舒张期血流速度峰值的提高则无统计学差异,此结果可在限定年龄组的统计分析中得到重复。结论:耳鸣的发生可能与椎基底动脉收缩期流速下降进而导致内耳缺血有关,电针治疗可在一定程度上逆转这种改变。

Objective:To observe the effect of electro-acupuncture (EA) on tinnitus and vertebral basilar artery blood flow velocity, and then analyzes the relationship between the latter two. Methods:51 patients were given the neck and ear acupuncture treatment 20 times, respectively carried out quantitative assessment of tinnitus symptoms before and after treatment, checked the basilar artery blood flow velocity according the Doppler (TCD) method, so as to explore the cause of tinnitus. Results: The peak value of vertebrobasilar artery blood flow velocity in 51 patients decreased in the systolic and diastolic of blood. After the EA treatment, tinnitus symptoms improved, among them, the peak value has increased in 31 cases, has significantly statistical significance, the peak value has increased diastolic of blood, no statistically significant difference, this result can be obtained from the statistical analysis of the limited age group. Conclusion:Tinnitus may relate with vertebral basilar artery systolic velocity decreased leading to inner ear ischemia, EA treatment may be to some extent reverse this change.
