Under the background of new medical reform, basic medical security system in Taizhou has been developed rapidly. However, there are still various problems in basic medical insurance system for urban employees, basic medical insurance system for urban residents and new rural cooperative medical insurance system for farmers in the process of construction and development of basic medical security system. Therefore, speeding up the research on the integration of basic medical insurance system and exploring the effective ways to integrate the system is of great importance to promote the healthy development of the basic medical insurance system.
