　　目的：观察中西医结合治疗膝关节滑膜炎的疗效。方法：将104例膝关节滑膜炎患者随机分为两组。对照组52例采用综合疗法，必要时给予对症处理。治疗组52例在对照组基础上加用中药热敷治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率为94.23%。对照组总有效率为82.69%。两组疗效比较，差异有显著性意义（P<0.05），治疗组优于对照组。结论：中西医结合治疗膝关节滑膜炎疗效较好。
　　목적：관찰중서의결합치료슬관절활막염적료효。방법：장104례슬관절활막염환자수궤분위량조。대조조52례채용종합요법，필요시급여대증처리。치료조52례재대조조기출상가용중약열부치료。결과：치료조총유효솔위94.23%。대조조총유효솔위82.69%。량조료효비교，차이유현저성의의（P<0.05），치료조우우대조조。결론：중서의결합치료슬관절활막염료효교호。
Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine in treating knee synovitis. Methods: 104 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. In the control 52 patients were given the multi-therapy. In the treated group external application of TCM medicine were applied more than the control. Results:In the treated the total efficiency was 94.23%, it was 82.69%in the control. The difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:TCM is more effective than modern medicine therapy solo.
