　　治疗腰痛，根据《内经》“风为百病之长”，针对“络不通”的病变症结，以风药为切入口，在辨证的基础上，遵“络以辛为泄”的大法，重通络、治风为先。继承叶天士用药经验，反复实践验证，精心筛选风药如桂枝、麻黄、细辛、防风、羌活、葛根、柴胡、威灵仙、全蝎、蜈蚣等辛散轻灵之品，画龙点睛，因势利导，通络定痛，常获殊效。
　　치료요통，근거《내경》“풍위백병지장”，침대“락불통”적병변증결，이풍약위절입구，재변증적기출상，준“락이신위설”적대법，중통락、치풍위선。계승협천사용약경험，반복실천험증，정심사선풍약여계지、마황、세신、방풍、강활、갈근、시호、위령선、전갈、오공등신산경령지품，화룡점정，인세리도，통락정통，상획수효。
