　　目的：观察经络注血疗法在治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法：收集2011年1月～2012年3月期间来我院就诊的支气管哮喘患者100例，随机分为两组。对照组50例，给予舒利迭50～100ug吸入，静脉注射氨茶碱0.25g/d，治疗1周。观察组50例在对照组的基础上采用自血穴位注射治疗。治疗后随访半年，对比两组治疗效果。结果：治疗组总有效率98.0%，对照组总有效率82.0%，相比具有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论：经络注血疗法对改善支气管哮喘症状，治疗效果好，值得临床推广。
　　목적：관찰경락주혈요법재치료지기관효천적림상효과。방법：수집2011년1월～2012년3월기간래아원취진적지기관효천환자100례，수궤분위량조。대조조50례，급여서리질50～100ug흡입，정맥주사안다감0.25g/d，치료1주。관찰조50례재대조조적기출상채용자혈혈위주사치료。치료후수방반년，대비량조치료효과。결과：치료조총유효솔98.0%，대조조총유효솔82.0%，상비구유현저성차이（P<0.05）。결론：경락주혈요법대개선지기관효천증상，치료효과호，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the main and collateral channels blood injection therapy in treating bronchial asthma. In our hospital, 100 patients with bronchial asthma were collected from January 2011 to March 2012 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group of 50 cases, given 50~100ug inhalation, intravenous aminophylline 0.25g/d, for a week. 50 cases in the observation group were given acupoint injection therapy on the bases of treatment of the control group. Follow-up for half a year, compared treatment effect of two groups. Results:The efficiency of the treated group was 98%, and 82%of the control group. There was a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: The main and collateral channels blood injection therapy could improve the symptoms of bronchial asthma, the treatment effect was good, worthy of clinical promotion.
