　　惊恐发作是焦虑症中惊恐障碍的主要原发症状，目前西医对于惊恐发作的症状标准已较为明确，治疗方法详细，但是因其症状的特殊性诊断时很容易与心内科疾病、消化内科疾病、神经系统等内科疾病相混淆，因此门诊误诊率较高，西药治疗的药物副作用较大，治疗费用较高，中医对于焦虑症分型和治疗的研究已较为完善，但对中医治疗焦虑症中的惊恐发作症状的临床描述和理论研究并不多。笔者所学专业为中医学和心理学，对于中医药治疗心理疾病焦虑症中的惊恐发作很感兴趣，通过个人临床实习和观察及指导老师的指导和临床验证，笔者总结了些个人的观点，本文对以奔豚汤（《金匮要略》）为主方治疗惊恐发作个案的有效性做简单阐述。

Panic attacks is one of the main primary symptoms of panic disorder in anxiety neurosis. modern medicine has established detailed standard and treatment for symptoms of panic attacks. But, because of its symptoms’ particularity, it’s always confused with diseases in department of cardiology, department of internal medicine disease, nervous system diseases in department of internal medicine, at the time of diagnosis, so there are high misdiagnosis rates of outpatient service, big side effect of modern medicine and expensive costs. In Chinese medicine there is more perfect classification and treatment research for anxiety neurosis, but rare clinical description and theory research for symptoms of panic attack. As a TCM and psychology major, I’m very interested in TCM treatment for panic attacks in anxiety. Neurosis and sum up some personal view through personal clinical practice and observation of guiding teacher's guidance and clinical verification. This paper elaborates my case observation of Bentun decoction (Synopsis of Golden Chamber) as main therapy to treat panic attacks.
