　　目的：探讨穴位贴敷对剖宫产术后子宫复旧的影响效果。方法：将100例产妇随机分成治疗组50例和对照组50例。治疗组给予缩宫素治疗加穴位贴敷；对照组给予缩宫素治疗。观察两组产妇的宫底高度、恶露量、术后5dB超检测子宫大小。结果：产后两组子宫逐渐缩复，术后第5d治疗组子宫缩复好于对照组；恶露量治疗组少于对照组；B超检测子宫三径之和治疗组小于对照组，P<0.05，差异有显著性。结论：穴位贴敷对剖宫产后子宫复旧有显著的疗效，是一项经济简便，产妇易于接受的操作，值得临床推广应用。
　　목적：탐토혈위첩부대부궁산술후자궁복구적영향효과。방법：장100례산부수궤분성치료조50례화대조조50례。치료조급여축궁소치료가혈위첩부；대조조급여축궁소치료。관찰량조산부적궁저고도、악로량、술후5dB초검측자궁대소。결과：산후량조자궁축점축복，술후제5d치료조자궁축복호우대조조；악로량치료조소우대조조；B초검측자궁삼경지화치료조소우대조조，P<0.05，차이유현저성。결론：혈위첩부대부궁산후자궁복구유현저적료효，시일항경제간편，산부역우접수적조작，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To explore the effect of cesarean section uterine instauration by point sticking therapy. Methods:100 cases of puerpera were randomly divided into treated group 50 cases and control group 50 cases. Treated group was given oxytocin add point sticking therapy;while the control group was given oxytocin treatment. Observed two groups of maternal fundus height, amount of lochia, ultrasound detection of uterine size 5 days postoperatively. Results: After postpartum uterus shrink gradually of the two groups, treated group 5 days postoperatively after uterine contraction was better than control group;amount of lochia treated group was less than control group;ultrasound detection of uterine three diameter combined treated group than the control group, P<0.05, with significant difference. Conclusion: Point sticking to cesarean section uterine instauration have remarkable curative effect, is an economic and simple method, women are easy to accept the operation, worthy of a wide clinical popularization and application.
