　　目的：研究清金化痰汤联合西药治疗鲍曼不动杆菌的临床效果。方法：将我院ICU于2009年1月～2012年3月收治的40例感染鲍曼不动杆菌的肺炎患者随机分为两组，其中对照组20例单用西药治疗，观察组20例使用清金化痰汤联合西药治疗。比较两组患者症状改善时间，并评价疗效。结果：对照组患者病情好转所需时间多于观察组，且总有效率为73.3%低于观察组的93.3%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对感染多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的肺炎患者采用清金化痰汤联合西药治疗，疗效显著，患者预后良好，值得临床推广应用。
　　목적：연구청금화담탕연합서약치료포만불동간균적림상효과。방법：장아원ICU우2009년1월～2012년3월수치적40례감염포만불동간균적폐염환자수궤분위량조，기중대조조20례단용서약치료，관찰조20례사용청금화담탕연합서약치료。비교량조환자증상개선시간，병평개료효。결과：대조조환자병정호전소수시간다우관찰조，차총유효솔위73.3%저우관찰조적93.3%，차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：대감염다중내약포만불동간균적폐염환자채용청금화담탕연합서약치료，료효현저，환자예후량호，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To analysis the clinical effect of the Qingjin Huatan decoction combined with modern medicine in treating multi-medicine resistant acinetobacter baumannii. Methods:40 cases were randomly divided into two groups from January 2009 to March 2012 in our hospital, 20 cases in control group was given modern medicine, 20 cases in observation group was given Qingjin Huatan decoction. Comparing the two groups of patients with symptoms improve time and evaluate the effect. Results:The total efficiency was 73.3% in the control group, which is lower than the observation group (93.3%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: There is a significant effect of the Qingjin Huatan decoction combined with medicine therapy on treating multi-medicine resistant acinetobacter baumannii pneumonia patients, which is worth for clinical application.
