　　目的：探讨中风后肩-手综合征应用针灸联合推拿方法治疗的临床疗效。方法：予以随机数字表法将86例中风后肩-手综合征的患者分为两组，各43例。两组患者均采用相同的常规中风针刺治疗以及康复训练，对照组在上述基础上＋推拿治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上＋针灸治疗；连续治疗1个月以后，比较两组患者肩关节活动度、局部水肿及疼痛程度、临床疗效。结果：治疗组患者总有效率为86%，对照组总有效率为69.8%；两组组内比较，肩关节活动度、局部水肿及疼痛程度治疗前、后比较具有显著性差异（P<0.05）；两组组间比较，治疗后肩关节活动度、局部水肿及疼痛程度比较具有显著性差异（P<0.05）；治疗组疗效显著。结论：针灸推拿联合应用于中风后肩-手综合征的治疗，其疗效肯定，值得临床推广。
　　목적：탐토중풍후견-수종합정응용침구연합추나방법치료적림상료효。방법：여이수궤수자표법장86례중풍후견-수종합정적환자분위량조，각43례。량조환자균채용상동적상규중풍침자치료이급강복훈련，대조조재상술기출상＋추나치료，치료조재대조조기출상＋침구치료；련속치료1개월이후，비교량조환자견관절활동도、국부수종급동통정도、림상료효。결과：치료조환자총유효솔위86%，대조조총유효솔위69.8%；량조조내비교，견관절활동도、국부수종급동통정도치료전、후비교구유현저성차이（P<0.05）；량조조간비교，치료후견관절활동도、국부수종급동통정도비교구유현저성차이（P<0.05）；치료조료효현저。결론：침구추나연합응용우중풍후견-수종합정적치료，기료효긍정，치득림상추엄。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with massage on treating post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome. Methods: 86 patients with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome were randomly divided into two groups, 43 in each group. Both of the two groups were given conventional acupuncture treatment of stroke and rehabilitation. On this basis, the control group was given massage therapy while the treated group was given acupuncture therapy more than the control group. After 1 month of treatment, shoulder mobility, local edema and pain severity of patients and the clinical efficacy were compared between two groups. Results:The total efficiency in the treated group was 86%and 69.8%in the control group. Comparing both groups, shoulder mobility, local edema and pain severity before and after treatment with a significant difference (P<0.05), while between the two groups there was a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with massage was effective on treating post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome, worthy of a wide clinical application.
