　　目的：研究脑中风后遗症期头昏重的证型特点及中西医治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析近5年来诊疗的92例以头昏重为主诉的脑中风后遗症期患者的临床资料，探讨脑中风后遗症期头昏重的证型特点，总结治疗经验。结果：92例患者可辨证分型为气虚血瘀型、肾虚血瘀型、痰湿瘀阻型、肝阳上亢型四个证型。辨证应用补肾平肝益气豁痰逐瘀醒神开窍类中草药，联合应用西药胞二磷胆碱与乙酰谷酰胺针剂、口服心脑健胶囊，有效率高达90.80%。并同时能够不同程度的改善伴发的其他后遗症状。结论：中西医结合治疗能够有效地减轻或消除脑中风后遗症期的头昏重症状，提高患者的生存质量。
　　목적：연구뇌중풍후유증기두혼중적증형특점급중서의치료방법。방법：회고성분석근5년래진료적92례이두혼중위주소적뇌중풍후유증기환자적림상자료，탐토뇌중풍후유증기두혼중적증형특점，총결치료경험。결과：92례환자가변증분형위기허혈어형、신허혈어형、담습어조형、간양상항형사개증형。변증응용보신평간익기활담축어성신개규류중초약，연합응용서약포이린담감여을선곡선알침제、구복심뇌건효낭，유효솔고체90.80%。병동시능구불동정도적개선반발적기타후유증상。결론：중서의결합치료능구유효지감경혹소제뇌중풍후유증기적두혼중증상，제고환자적생존질량。
Objective:To investigate the syndromes characterized of dizziness heavy in stroke sequelae and the treating methods of integrative medicine. Methods:Retrospective analysis clinical data of 92 patients, and discuss the syndromes characterized of dizziness heavy in stroke sequelae, to summary the therapeutic experience. Results:92 patients were syndrome types of QDBS, kidney deficiency and blood stasis type, phlegm stasis type, and hyperactivity type. Dialectical utilize the TCM medicine of Bushen, Pinggan, Yiqi, Huotan, Zhuyu, Xingshen, Kaiqiao plus modern citicoline, aceglutamide injections, and oral the heart and brain health capsules, the efficiency rate was 90.80%. Can improve other sequela in different degree. Conclusion:The integrative medicine can effectively reduce or eliminate the dizziness heavy in Stroke sequelae, and improve the life quality of patients.
