　　目的：观察清营解毒汤治疗猩红热的临床疗效，以探讨理想的中西医结合治疗方法。方法：将全部患儿随机分为两组，治疗组43例，对照组43例，两组患儿在年龄、性别、治疗前病程及症状、体征方面差异无显著性，具有可比性。对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组加用清营解毒汤。结果：治疗组体温、皮疹面积、白细胞数均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05)。结论：应用中西医结合的治疗组患儿临床症状、实验室指标的改善明显优于对照组。提示中西医结合联合治疗具有协同作用，安全有效，经济实惠，为治疗儿童猩红热开辟了新的途径，值得临床推广应用。
　　목적：관찰청영해독탕치료성홍열적림상료효，이탐토이상적중서의결합치료방법。방법：장전부환인수궤분위량조，치료조43례，대조조43례，량조환인재년령、성별、치료전병정급증상、체정방면차이무현저성，구유가비성。대조조급여상규치료，치료조가용청영해독탕。결과：치료조체온、피진면적、백세포수균저우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05)。결론：응용중서의결합적치료조환인림상증상、실험실지표적개선명현우우대조조。제시중서의결합연합치료구유협동작용，안전유효，경제실혜，위치료인동성홍열개벽료신적도경，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective: To explore the ideal combination of integrative medicine treatment by observing the clinical efficacy of scarlatina made by Qingying Jiedu decoction. Methods:All patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 43 cases in the treatment group and 43 patients in the control group respectively. There were no significant differences in age, gender, duration of symptoms before treatment and signs between the two groups so that they were comparable. The control group received conventional therapy while the treatment group added Qingying Jiedu decoction. Results:The treatment group had lower temperature, smaller rash area and less leukocyte compared with the control group and these differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:The treatment group, which was treated by the integrative medicine treatment, had greater improvements in the clinical symptoms and laboratory index. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was also significantly better than the control group. We can see that the integrative medicine treatment has synergistic effect and is proved to be secure, effective and affordable, thus explores new approaches for the treatment of children with scarlatina and well worths clinical application.
