当前，国有企业面临着市场经济的多重考验，一方面是国有企业在国家经济运行中的不可或缺性，另一方面是来自于方方面面对国有企业的非议；这种大的形势给国有企业职工也带来了非常大的冲击，虽然整体情况看，职工思想的主流是积极的，正面因素占主导地位。但是，不可否认，部分消极、负面因素也是客观存在的，如何正确引导，富有针对性地做好职工思想政治工作，是确保企业和谐持续发展的基础和保证。
