目的：观察改良泪囊鼻腔吻合术联合泪道置管术治疗慢性泪囊炎合并泪总管阻塞的临床疗效。方法采用改良泪囊鼻腔吻合术联合泪道置管术治疗慢性泪囊炎合并泪总管阻塞病例46例，并随访1年。结果拔管后行泪道冲洗全部通畅，总有效率100%，1年后总有效率为95%。结论改良泪囊鼻腔吻合术联合泪道置管术治疗慢性泪囊炎合并泪总管阻塞，手术效果确切，手术成功率高，容易掌握和推广。
目的：觀察改良淚囊鼻腔吻閤術聯閤淚道置管術治療慢性淚囊炎閤併淚總管阻塞的臨床療效。方法採用改良淚囊鼻腔吻閤術聯閤淚道置管術治療慢性淚囊炎閤併淚總管阻塞病例46例，併隨訪1年。結果拔管後行淚道遲洗全部通暢，總有效率100%，1年後總有效率為95%。結論改良淚囊鼻腔吻閤術聯閤淚道置管術治療慢性淚囊炎閤併淚總管阻塞，手術效果確切，手術成功率高，容易掌握和推廣。
목적：관찰개량루낭비강문합술연합루도치관술치료만성루낭염합병루총관조새적림상료효。방법채용개량루낭비강문합술연합루도치관술치료만성루낭염합병루총관조새병례46례，병수방1년。결과발관후행루도충세전부통창，총유효솔100%，1년후총유효솔위95%。결론개량루낭비강문합술연합루도치관술치료만성루낭염합병루총관조새，수술효과학절，수술성공솔고，용역장악화추엄。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified dacryocystorhinostomy combined with intubation for chronic dacryocystitis combined with lacrimal duct obstruction. Methods Totally 46 patients with chronic dacryocystitis combined with lacrimal duct obstruction underwent modified dacryocystorhinostomy combined with intubation. All the patients were followed up 1 year. Results The lacrimal passages were unobstructed after extubation and the total effective rate was 100%,which was 95%at 1 year after operation. Conclusion Modified dacryocystorhinostomy combined with intubation is a effective method for chronic dacryocystitis combined with lacrimal duct obstruction ,which is easy to grasp and popularize with definite effect.
