以新加坡填海区公铁两用复合高架桥为例,介绍了钢板桩在承台开挖支护工程中的应用技术,叙述了基于 PLAXIS 软件的摩尔-库伦模块的钢板桩的长度、支撑和围檩结构验算以及施工过程中钢板桩、围檩、支撑的安装、拆除要点等方面。通过本工程实际应用证明,钢板桩支护既能满足施工的安全要求,同时能保护环境和节约投资,具有优越的工程性能。

Based on the combined rail-cum-road viaduct project in Singapore Reclamation,this paper introduces the application of steel sheet pile during the excavating and supporting process of pile cap and the effective length of the steel sheet pile.The checking of supporting and circuit purlin struc-tures,erection of steel sheet pile and circuit purlin and demolishing points are introduced in detail. The practical application of this project shows that the support technology of sheet pile has superior engineering properties which can not only satisfy the safety requirements of construction but also en-sure environmental protection and conservation.
