以锯末、苔藓、松树皮设计12种不同移栽基质组合,对铁皮石斛组培苗进行移栽,并统计移栽后的成活率、叶片颜色、根的数量、鲜重、侧芽发生率,分析发现锯末+松树皮(2:1)是最适合铁皮石斛组培苗移栽及生长的基质组合。
以鋸末、苔蘚、鬆樹皮設計12種不同移栽基質組閤,對鐵皮石斛組培苗進行移栽,併統計移栽後的成活率、葉片顏色、根的數量、鮮重、側芽髮生率,分析髮現鋸末+鬆樹皮(2:1)是最適閤鐵皮石斛組培苗移栽及生長的基質組閤。

12 different culture medium combinations designed with saw dust,moss and pine bark were used for transplanting of Dendrobium officinale tissue culture seedlings. Medium combination of saw dust and pine bark(2:1) were considered of the most compatible medium for survival and growing of Dendrobium officinale after statistic of survival ratio,blade color,number of roots,fresh weight and Lateral bud germination percentage.
