摩洛哥布里格里格河谷斜拉桥梭形主塔为4肢分离式的空间曲线形主塔,塔高柱曲,施工困难。通过在塔底处设置预应力混凝土实心段,对下塔柱逐渐分离的4肢进行约束,改善了裙板交汇处的混凝土应力。塔内采用多功能钢管支架作为布料机平台、上下移动式施工平台和施工电梯的附着结构,简洁有效地完成了主塔4肢混凝土的浇筑。考虑模板占位和温差效应在下塔柱设置2道对拉装置,在上塔柱设置2道对撑装置,第二道为框形对撑结构,改善了主塔施工时的结构受力和变形。

The fusiform tower of the cable-stayed bridge over Bouregreg River in Morocco has four separated curve-typed limbs,which causes the construction difficulty.The method of setting pres-tressed solid concrete segment at the bottom of the tower is used to constraint the gradually separated limbs and improve the concrete stress at the junction of limbs.Multi-functional steel bracket is used as concrete spreader platform and attachment structure of moving construction platform and elevator. The concrete pouring of the main tower is completed concisely and efficiently.Considering the tem-plate location and temperature difference effect,two tensioning devices are arranged in the lower tow-er and two supporting devices are arranged in the upper.The force and deformation of the tower dur-ing construction are decreased by the second frame supporting structure.
