为了改善ZN-1材料与硬铝的粘接性能,在采用环氧胶黏剂情况下,通过不同方式对橡胶材料表面进行了处理。研究表明,采用打磨、清洗橡胶表面的方式对提高粘接强度并无帮助,而采用172℃热风、K2Cr2O7-H2SO4溶液处理ZN-1材料,则可以使其与硬铝粘接强度达到橡胶本体破坏的程度。红外光谱及电镜扫描揭示,两种方式提高粘接强度的原因在于橡胶材料表面粗糙度增大,而K2Cr2O7-H2SO4溶液处理还提高了材料表面的含氧官能团,因此可以获得2.0MPa以上的粘接强度。

In order to improve the bonding strength between the ZN-1 damping material and the duralumin, various pre-treatments were used before applying epoxy adhesive. It showed that the traditional treatments, such as polishing or washing the surface of ZN-1 material were useless for the bonding strength. In contrast, after immersing it in K2Cr2O7-H2SO4 solution or blowing it with hot wind at 172℃, its bond failure could reach a degree which could destroy the rubber itself. The infrared spectrum and SEM observations indicated that these two approaches had made the surface roughness of rubber increase, thus the bonding strength was improved. And the K2Cr2O7-H2SO4 solution treatment also increased the oxygen-containing functional groups on the surface of ZN-1 damping material, therefore the bonding strength which was over 2.0MPa was obtained.
