　　目的探讨妇产科手术过程中损伤泌尿器官的因素以及其防治的方法。方法对60例妇产科手术损伤泌尿器官患者的资料进行分析。结果60例患者中输尿管损伤为25例，近膀胱处损伤为18例，骨盆入口处损伤为10例，双侧输尿管损伤为14例，结扎伤为19例。其中34例患者在术中感染，26例患者术后感染。经过诊断发现，及时进行正确的修补工作，其治愈率为100%。结论妇产科手术损伤泌尿器官是一种严重的手术并发症，其主要就在于预防。但损伤发生之后及时进行修补工作，患者的恢复状态良好。

Objective Through study of obstetrics and gynecology operation in the process of damage factors and its prevention and treatment of urinary organs. Methods The 60 cases of patients with urinary organs on gynecology and obstetrics surgery arranges data for analysis. Conclusion obstetrics and gynecology surgery urinary organ injury is a severe surgical complications, its key lies in prevention. But damage after the repair work in time, the recovery of patients with good condition.
