　　目的分析眼外伤患者早期继发青光眼的治疗方案。方法回顾性分析我院2008年7月至2012年7月收治的100例（103眼）眼外伤早期继发青光眼的患者的临床资料，对其类型及治疗方案进行分析探讨。结果治疗后通过对所有患者3~6个月的随访发现，有87例患者（87眼）没有使用降眼压药物、眼压在6~21mmHg之间，属正常；9例患者（11眼）眼压在21mmHg以上，4例患者（5眼）眼压在6mmHg以下；有5例患者（6眼）视力下降或丧失，95例患者（97眼）的视力和手术之前相同或有不同程度的提高。术中术后有6例患者（7眼）眼出血，1例患者（1眼）视网膜脱离。结论眼外伤患者早期继发青光眼具有极为复杂的临床表现，因此我们应该对不同病例采取有针对性的治疗方案。
　　목적분석안외상환자조기계발청광안적치료방안。방법회고성분석아원2008년7월지2012년7월수치적100례（103안）안외상조기계발청광안적환자적림상자료，대기류형급치료방안진행분석탐토。결과치료후통과대소유환자3~6개월적수방발현，유87례환자（87안）몰유사용강안압약물、안압재6~21mmHg지간，속정상；9례환자（11안）안압재21mmHg이상，4례환자（5안）안압재6mmHg이하；유5례환자（6안）시력하강혹상실，95례환자（97안）적시력화수술지전상동혹유불동정도적제고。술중술후유6례환자（7안）안출혈，1례환자（1안）시망막탈리。결론안외상환자조기계발청광안구유겁위복잡적림상표현，인차아문응해대불동병례채취유침대성적치료방안。
Objective To analysis of early treatment of secondary glaucoma associated with ocular trauma. Methods A retrospective analysis of 100 cases in our hospital from 2008 July to 2012 July were (103 eyes) of clinical data of patients with early secondary glaucoma associated with ocular trauma, to analyze the types and treatment scheme. Results After treatment, the all patients followed up for 3-6 months, 87 patients (87 eyes ) without the use of hypotensive drugs, the intraocular pressure was normal in 6~21mmHg;9 patients (11 eyes) of intraocular pressure above 21mmHg, 4 patients (5 eyes) of intraocular pressure in 5 patients with 6mmHg;6 eyes decline or loss of vision, 95 patients (97 eyes) before the vision and operation the same or improved to different degrees. Intraoperative and postoperative in 6 patients (7 eyes) with vitreous hemorrhage, 1 patients (1 eyes) of retinal detachment. Conclusion Early secondary glaucoma associated with ocular trauma is very complicated clinical manifestations of different cases, so we should take targeted treatment programs.
