　　目的：观察鸡鸣散合金贵肾气丸治疗特发性水肿的临床疗效。方法：将60例特发性水肿患者随机分成两组，治疗组30例予鸡鸣散合金贵肾气丸，对照组予双氢克尿噻等。两组均14d为1个疗程，疗程间休息3～5d，2个疗程后观察近期疗效，分别随访6个月、12个月观察远期疗效。结果：治疗组近期总有效率93.3%，对照组总有效率86.7%，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗组远期（6个月和12个月）总有效率86.7%和83.3%，对照组总有效率56.7%和46.7%，两组比较有统计学意义（P<0.05），治疗组远期疗效优于对照组。结论：鸡鸣散合金贵肾气丸治疗特发性水肿的临床疗效好。
　　목적：관찰계명산합금귀신기환치료특발성수종적림상료효。방법：장60례특발성수종환자수궤분성량조，치료조30례여계명산합금귀신기환，대조조여쌍경극뇨새등。량조균14d위1개료정，료정간휴식3～5d，2개료정후관찰근기료효，분별수방6개월、12개월관찰원기료효。결과：치료조근기총유효솔93.3%，대조조총유효솔86.7%，량조비교차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）；치료조원기（6개월화12개월）총유효솔86.7%화83.3%，대조조총유효솔56.7%화46.7%，량조비교유통계학의의（P<0.05），치료조원기료효우우대조조。결론：계명산합금귀신기환치료특발성수종적림상료효호。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jiming powder plus Jinkui Shenqi pills on treating idiopathic edema. Methods:60 cases of idiopathic edema were randomly divided into 2 groups, the treated group of 30 cases treated with Jiming powder plus Jinkui Shenqi pills, the control group was treated with hydrochlorothiazide. both groups had 14d for a course of treatment, rest for 3~5 days between treatments, and observing the recent curative effect after 2 courses of treatment, and followed up for 6 months, 12 months to observe the long-term curative effect. Results:In the treated group with total efficiency of 93.3%recently, the control group total efficiency was 86.7%, 2 groups had no significant difference (P>0.05); treated group long-term (6 months and 12 months) the total efficiency was 86.7% and 83.3%. in control group, the total efficiency was 56.7% and 46.7%, the 2 groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), for long-term effect, the treated group was better than control group. Conclusion:The Jiming powder plus Jinkui Shenqi pills was effect in treating idiopathic edema.
