目的评价目前应用的标准化临床指标(包括:平板运动实验、64排螺旋CT)对冠心病的早期诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2008年10月-2010年1月同时行运动平板实验、64排冠状动脉CTA、冠状动脉造影检查的患者44例,以冠脉造影为金标准,对比运动平板试验和64排冠状动脉CTA对冠心病的诊断价值。结果 TET检查诊断冠心病的敏感性为61.54%、特异性为33.33%、阳性预测值为50%和阴性预测值为37.50%;64-SCT诊断冠心病的敏感性为85.65%,特异性为55.55%,阳性预测值为73.33%,阴性预测值为71.42%。结论在无创诊断冠心病方面64排螺旋CT优于运动平板试验,临床上64排螺旋CT可做为一种筛查冠心病的更有效检查手段。

목적평개목전응용적표준화림상지표(포괄:평판운동실험、64배라선CT)대관심병적조기진단개치。방법회고성분석2008년10월-2010년1월동시행운동평판실험、64배관상동맥CTA、관상동맥조영검사적환자44례,이관맥조영위금표준,대비운동평판시험화64배관상동맥CTA대관심병적진단개치。결과 TET검사진단관심병적민감성위61.54%、특이성위33.33%、양성예측치위50%화음성예측치위37.50%;64-SCT진단관심병적민감성위85.65%,특이성위55.55%,양성예측치위73.33%,음성예측치위71.42%。결론재무창진단관심병방면64배라선CT우우운동평판시험,림상상64배라선CT가주위일충사사관심병적경유효검사수단。
Objective To compaire the values of sandard methods (includs treadmill exercise test, 64-slice spiral computed tomography)in diagnosis of coronary artery diseases. Methods 44 cases(from 2008 October to 2010 January) of coronary artery diseases who have been performed treadmill exercise test, 64-slice spiral computed tomography and Selective X-ray coronary agiography were retrospecively analysised. Using the results of Coronary angiography as the standard, the diagnostic value of 64-slice spiral computed tomography and treadmill exercise test was evaluated. Resuls Sensitivity of treadmill exercise test in diagnosis of coronary artery disease was 61.54%, specificity was 33.33%, positive predictive value was 50%, negaive predicive value was 37.5%;Sensitivity of 64-slice spiral computed tomography in diagnosis of coronary artery disease was 85.65%, specificity was 55.55%, positive predictive value was 73.33%, negaive predicive value was 71.42%. Conclusion 64-slice spiral computed tomography was better than treadmill exercise test in noninvasive diagnosis of cornary atery diseases, We can use 64-slice spiral computed tomography as a more effective method in noninvasive diagnosis of cornary atery diseases.
