目的:探讨护患沟通性语言对500例患者在手术室护理中的应用效果。方法选取500例2012年3月-2013年3月期间的我院手术室患者作为本次的临床研究对象,根据护理方法的不同分为护理组(250例)和对照组(250例)。给予对照组患者常规护理,给予观察组患者给予沟通性语言护理,记录两组患者的手术疗效及护理满意度,以评估沟通性语言的护理应用价值。结果护理组的总有效率(98.00%)显著优于对照组(80.00%);护理组的满意度(100.00%)显著优于对照组(80.00%);两组均差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沟通性语言在手术室护理中优势显著,有助于缓解不良情绪,提高治疗有效率和患者满意度,值得临床的广泛应用与推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of nurse-patient communication on 500 patients in operating room nursing.Methods:500 patients in operating room of our hospital from Mar 2012 to Mar 2013 were selected as the clinical study objects,and divided them into nursing group (250 cases) and control group(250 cases) according to different nursing method.The control group received conventional nursing,nursing group received nursing based on communication,efficacy and satisfactino of two groups were recorded,so as to assess the application value of communication nursing.Results:The total effective rate of the nursing group(98.00%)was better than the control group(80.00%) ;the satisfaction of the nursing group (100.00%) was better than the control group(80.00%),the significant differences were statistical (p<0.05).Conclusion:Communication nursing has obvious advantages in operating room nursing,it’s helpful for the bad emotion al ievation,improvment of efficiency and satisfaction degree,which worth being widely promoted and applied in clinic.
