抓斗是以抓取泥沙及各种散装货物能启闭的斗,颚板是抓斗工作装置的主要承力构件。该文采用Solidwoks创建多瓣抓斗的颚板的三维模型,然后导入Ansys Workbench中,以抓取碎石为例,对单个颚板进行应力分析,以偏载作为工况要求,分析出最大应力集中的位置,确定其大小是否满足材料的屈服强度。

Grab bucket is scraping mud and various bulk cargo can open/close, jaw plate is the main bearing components work device of the grab bucket. This paper adopts Solidwoks create disc grab more three-dimensional model of jaw, then stir in Ansys Workbench, fetching gravel, for example, stress analysis was carried out on the single jaw, working condition of partial load as re-quirements, analysis of the location of the maximum stress concentration, to determine whether the size meet the material yield strength.
