目的：探讨健侧颈7神经根经椎前路转位治疗外伤性臂丛神经损伤患者的护理方法。方法回顾性分析2006年1月至2012年12月在第二炮兵总医院骨科治疗的30例外伤所致臂丛神经损伤的患者的临床资料，所有患者均采用健侧颈7神经根经椎前路转位重建受损的臂丛神经，术前加强心理护理，术后注重肢体及支具护理及健康指导。结果患者术后恢复良好，经过1～2年随访，患者肌力增强。结论健侧颈7神经根经椎前路转位重建受损的臂丛神经效果较好，术后精心护理是患者早日康复的关键。
목적：탐토건측경7신경근경추전로전위치료외상성비총신경손상환자적호리방법。방법회고성분석2006년1월지2012년12월재제이포병총의원골과치료적30예외상소치비총신경손상적환자적림상자료，소유환자균채용건측경7신경근경추전로전위중건수손적비총신경，술전가강심리호리，술후주중지체급지구호리급건강지도。결과환자술후회복량호，경과1～2년수방，환자기력증강。결론건측경7신경근경추전로전위중건수손적비총신경효과교호，술후정심호리시환자조일강복적관건。
Objective To study the nursing strategy of the contralateral C 7 nerve transfer via ante-verte-bral transposition .Methods Clinical data of 30 cases patients with traumatic brachial plexus injury were retrospective analyzed .All patients were accepted contralateral C 7 nerve transfer to repair the injury via ante-vertebral canal .Strengthen psychological nursing before surgery ,and pay attention to body nursing , equipment protection and health guidance after surgery .Results Patients recovered well after surgery , the muscle strength was increased positively after 1 -2 years follow-up .Conclusion Contralateral C 7 nerve transfer via ante-vertebral transposition was effective to recover injured brachial plexus ,and the postoperative intensive care was the key step for an early recovery .
