U型井作为煤层气地面抽采水平井的一种,能够较大面积的揭露储层,增加产气量。以西山煤田东于煤矿地面煤层气抽采U型井MJDH01-H试验为例,研究了松软突出煤层U型井的井身结构设计、钻进工艺参数、钻孔轨迹控制、钻井液、煤层生产套管的加工及下入等施工的关键技术,为松软突出煤层地面U型井套管完井施工提供了技术借鉴。
U型井作為煤層氣地麵抽採水平井的一種,能夠較大麵積的揭露儲層,增加產氣量。以西山煤田東于煤礦地麵煤層氣抽採U型井MJDH01-H試驗為例,研究瞭鬆軟突齣煤層U型井的井身結構設計、鑽進工藝參數、鑽孔軌跡控製、鑽井液、煤層生產套管的加工及下入等施工的關鍵技術,為鬆軟突齣煤層地麵U型井套管完井施工提供瞭技術藉鑒。

China is rich in coalbed methane resources, has the total proven reserves of about 30×1012m3~35×1012m3, thus accelerating the development of coalbed methane can not only alleviate the contradiction of energy source shortage, but also ensure the safety of coal mine. The current development of coalbed methane is performed by ground extraction method, U well as a kind of horizontal well, can maximize the exposed area of reservoir, and in-crease the gas production. In the case of the project of test research on the ground coal seam gas horizontal well in Xishan Dongyu coal mine, it will introduce some key construction technology about drilling horizontal well in soft outburst-prone coal seam, like structure design of the well, drilling parameters, hole trajectory control, drilling fluid, machining and running the coal seam production casing and so on.
