目的：探讨完全腹腔镜下主髂动脉人工血管旁路移植治疗主髂动脉闭塞症患者的护理措施。方法回顾性分析2011年11月至2012年11月，在首都医科大学宣武医院血管外科接受完全腹腔镜进行主髂动脉人工血管旁路移植的10例患者的临床资料，总结其护理方法，探讨护理要点。结果患者手术成功率达100％，无中转开腹手术患者。所有患者于术后24～72 h拔除胃管，进流质饮食；术后发生肺部感染1例，无心脑血管意外、伤口感染及病死患者。术后住院5～14 d ，平均（6．8±2．6）d。出院前下肢缺血症状均明显改善。结论完全腹腔镜下主髂动脉旁路移植治疗主髂动脉闭塞的护理至关重要，抓好护理重点，做好相应的护理措施，有助手术成功。
목적：탐토완전복강경하주가동맥인공혈관방로이식치료주가동맥폐새증환자적호리조시。방법회고성분석2011년11월지2012년11월，재수도의과대학선무의원혈관외과접수완전복강경진행주가동맥인공혈관방로이식적10례환자적림상자료，총결기호리방법，탐토호리요점。결과환자수술성공솔체100％，무중전개복수술환자。소유환자우술후24～72 h발제위관，진류질음식；술후발생폐부감염1례，무심뇌혈관의외、상구감염급병사환자。술후주원5～14 d ，평균（6．8±2．6）d。출원전하지결혈증상균명현개선。결론완전복강경하주가동맥방로이식치료주가동맥폐새적호리지관중요，조호호리중점，주호상응적호리조시，유조수술성공。
Objective To investigate nursing strategy of total laparoscopic aortoiliac graft bypass in treat-ment of aortoiliac occlusive disease .Methods Totally 10 cases of patients undergone total laparoscopic aortoiliac bypass grafting were selected and clinical data were analyzed retrospectively ,and to summarize the nursing strategy and investigate the nursing points .Results 100% patients undergone total laparo-scopic treatment were successfully without laparotomy .All patients were given clear-liquid diet after pull out the tube within 24 to 72 hours after surgery ,postoperative hospitalization around 5-14 days ,(6 .8 ± 2 .6)d averagely .Lower limb ischemia symptom was significantly improved before discharged .1 case with pulmonary infection after surgery ,no incidence of cerebrovascular accident ,wound infection and operative mortality .Conclusion Perioperative nursing plays an important role in treatment of total laparoscopic treatment aortoiliac occlusive disease ,and to pay attention to the nursing point ,in the meantime to do a good job in corresponding nursing will be helpful for the surgery .
