目的 探讨自我管理教育对慢性牙周病患者治疗依从性和生活质量的影响.方法 将70例慢性牙周病患者随机分成干预组和对照组各35例,两组患者治疗基本一致,对照组进行常规健康教育,干预组实施自我管理教育,比较两组患者教育前后疾病知识的掌握、治疗依从性及生活质量.结果 干预组患者疾病知识的掌握、治疗依从性明显高于对照组(P＜0.01)；干预组生活质量总分较对照组显著降低(P＜0.05).结论 自我管理教育能有效提高慢性牙周病患者治疗依从性和生活质量.

목적 탐토자아관리교육대만성아주병환자치료의종성화생활질량적영향.방법 장70례만성아주병환자수궤분성간예조화대조조각35례,량조환자치료기본일치,대조조진행상규건강교육,간예조실시자아관리교육,비교량조환자교육전후질병지식적장악、치료의종성급생활질량.결과 간예조환자질병지식적장악、치료의종성명현고우대조조(P＜0.01)；간예조생활질량총분교대조조현저강저(P＜0.05).결론 자아관리교육능유효제고만성아주병환자치료의종성화생활질량.
Objective To investigate the impact of self-management education to treatment compliance and quality of life in patients with chronic periodontal disease.Methods 70 patients with chronic periodontal disease were randomly divided into intervention group and a control group with consistent treatment,35 patients in each group,routine health education was given to control group,the self-management education given to intervention group.Mastery of the disease knowledge,treatment compliance and quality of life in the two groups were compared before and after education implement.Results In intervention group the mastery of knowledge with the disease,treatment compliance were significantly higher (P＜0.01); the score of quality of life in intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Self-management education can improve treatment compliance and quality of life in patients with chronic periodontitis.
