选用4种不同分子量和乙烯基含量的硅橡胶生胶复配混用,对其复配体系的加工性能及力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:生胶分子量与乙烯基含量的提高均会降低复配体系的加工性能,当生胶分子量分别为600000和700000,且复配比例为40∶60时,其综合力学性能较佳;当乙烯基含量为0.16%和0.06%的生胶复配比例为60∶40时,硅橡胶的力学性能最佳。

Four kinds of raw silicone rubber with various molecular weight and vinyl content were mixed, and then the processability and mechanical properties of the mixed system were studied. The re-sults show that the increase of molecular weight and vinyl content of the raw rubber could reduce the processability of the system. When the ratio of the raw rubber with the molecular weight of 600 000 and 700 000 is 40∶60, the comprehensive properties of the silicone rubber are better. When the ratio of the raw rubber with vinyl content of 0.16% and 0.06% is 60∶40, the mechanical properties of the silicone rubber are better.
