采用十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷对亚微米氧化锌粉体进行表面有机化改性,将此改性氧化锌与PA6复合制得导热PA6塑料,并对其性能进行研究。结果表明:改性后氧化锌粉体的吸油值比改性前降低了67%;改性氧化锌粉体在PA6树脂基体中分散均匀,PA6表现出良好的熔体流动性;当添加改性氧化锌的体积分数为25%时,PA6塑料表现出良好的导热性和绝缘性,其热导率达到1.05 W/(m·K),体积电阻率为7.29×1010Ω·m。

A submicron zinc oxide powder was modified by hexadecyltrimethoxysilane, and a thermal con-ductive PA6 plastic was prepared by the modified zinc oxide and PA6, and its properties were studied. The results show that the oil absorption value of the modified zinc oxide decreases by 67% compared to the unmodified powder. The modified zinc oxide is well distributed in the PA6 matrix, and the PA6 plas-tic show good melt flowability. When the volume fraction of the modified zinc oxide is 25%, the PA6 plastic show good thermal conductive and insulating properties, with the thermal conductivity of 1.05 W/(m·K) and the volume resistivity of 7.29×1010Ω·m.
