本文对轻质牛皮鞋面革复鞣工艺进行了研究,从LEVOTAN X-Cel F微球用量、pH、填充时间以及加脂温度四个方面研究了其对成革的密度、物理机械强度以及感官性能等性质的影响。结果表明:在微球使用量为8%,pH为5.5,转动时间90分钟以及加脂温度50℃的条件下,牛皮鞋面革的密度较小,为0.560 g/cm3,同时感官性能最佳。

The retanning process for the lightweight cattlehide shoe upper leather was studied in this paper. The influences on density, mechanical strength, sensory properties, etc. were analyzed in terms of the dosage of LEVOTAN X-Cel F microspheres, the pH, the filling time and the fatliquoring temperature. The results showed that:under the conditions of 8%microspheres, pH 5.5, filling for 90 minutes and fatliquoring at 50℃, the density was lower, which was 0.560 g/cm3, and the sensory properties was optimal.
