椭圆管状铆钉属异形铆钉,为研究椭圆向心率对管状铆钉铆接性能的影响,文章对椭圆管状铆钉自冲铆接过程进行数值模拟,对不同向心率的椭圆管状铆钉自冲铆接的搭接、对接和十字搭接接头进行静态拉伸试验、剖面质量试验和失效形式分析。结果表明,向心率对椭圆管状铆钉铆接性能有较大影响,随向心率的减小,铆接性能逐渐变差;向心率大于0.4时铆接性能相对较好,具有足够的铆接强度;放置形式对搭接接头和对接接头的静态拉伸强度有一定影响。
橢圓管狀鉚釘屬異形鉚釘,為研究橢圓嚮心率對管狀鉚釘鉚接性能的影響,文章對橢圓管狀鉚釘自遲鉚接過程進行數值模擬,對不同嚮心率的橢圓管狀鉚釘自遲鉚接的搭接、對接和十字搭接接頭進行靜態拉伸試驗、剖麵質量試驗和失效形式分析。結果錶明,嚮心率對橢圓管狀鉚釘鉚接性能有較大影響,隨嚮心率的減小,鉚接性能逐漸變差;嚮心率大于0.4時鉚接性能相對較好,具有足夠的鉚接彊度;放置形式對搭接接頭和對接接頭的靜態拉伸彊度有一定影響。

Elliptic pipe rivet is a kind of special rivets . In order to study the effects of radial rate on elliptic pipe rivet , the riveting process of elliptic pipe rivets was numerically simulated . The different radial rates of elliptic pipe rivets were used in the tensile tests ,the section quality experiments and the failure mode tests of lap joint ,butt and cross lap joints .The results show that ra-dial rate has a great influence on elliptic pipe rivets . The riveting performance became worse with the decrease of radial rate . When radial rate is larger than 0.4 , riveting performance is relatively good and the riveting strength is high . And the place form of rivet affects the tensile strength of lap joints and butt joints .
